My arm is healing nicely. I go to PT and am getting better movement, but I still have very little control or strength. But hey, I can put lotion on my face again! Believe me, that’s a big deal. When I can actually fix my hair with both hands, it will be a day to celebrate. When I can do pottery again, we’ll have a parade.
I was sick with strep throat for about 10 days, but that’s mostly gone now-just a bit of coughing left.
My hip is getting worse. I can only assume that the tumor is growing and causing more pain when I put weight on it. So, I do a lot of sitting. But the limp while I walk plus sitting so much have been pretty bad for my back. The dr. said it’s muscle pain, so I’m hoping to be able to help with it through exercise and stretching.
We meet with the oncologist this Thursday to talk about staging, risk factors and the treatment plan. Will you pray for Bill and I to be able to be discerning and the doctors to know clearly the treatment that I should have?
I’ll have an update at the end of the week with the information I learn there.
I am grateful you are having small victories. Celebrate everything you can. 🩷 love you.
Thank you! And thanks for helping me celebrate!
